I love AI and use it all the time. But chatbots don't know (yet) how to ask the right questions. What I offer – beyond state-certified accuracy – is a powerful blend of critical thinking, cultural sensitivity and confident creative adaptation. Also, I have a human body and voice that come in handy when moderating or interpreting at live events.

I’m not just a translator sworn by the Berlin regional court, but I hold a PhD in Polish literature from UCL (2013) and I’m the proud winner of the Harvill Secker Young Translators’ Prize in Polish to English literary translation (2015). This means I offer accuracy, critical thinking and sensitivity to good writing – as well as a fair bit of editorial guidance, if that’s what you’re looking for.
